My mom kept a box of stories I'd written as a kid. For years, I told myself I'd get back to writing someday.
You know how that goes.
Someday when there's more time. Someday when life settles down. Someday when you finally feel ready.
Well, I eventually got tired of waiting for someday.
In 2022, I sat down and started writing. One of the stories I wanted to tell was about my grandmother, Nan, who gave our family more than enough material to fill a book.
And once I started, I couldn't seem to stop.
I've written across different genres because, apparently, my brain refuses to stick to one category.
Honestly, I'm fine with that.
Some stories are meant to make you laugh. Some are meant to keep you awake turning pages. And some stay with you long after you've finished reading.
